The City of Portage has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY! 
A Snow Emergency is being declared for TONIGHT. The snow emergency will begin at 3:00 a.m. on Monday, 1/28 for the business district; 3:00 a.m. 1/28 for the snow routes; and 5:00 a.m. 1/28 for residential streets. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect for 48 hours or until it is cancelled by the Street Superintendent.
