**Winter Weather Advisory**
A snow emergency has been declared for the City of South Lyon until 6pm Tuesday, January 29th. During this time, all vehicles must be removed from the street to allow DPW to preform winter maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.
If vehicles are left in the roadway during the snow emergency, police officers may issue citations for violating the winter parking ordinance.
Due to the inclement weather, the City Council meeting for tonight has been cancelled.
City Hall will be closing at 2pm today.
