Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Person Detail are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Carrol, a 49 year-old male, White, who was last seen Monday, January 28, 2019, at 5:30 a.m. at his residence on the 200 block of East 228^th Street, Carson. 
 
Mr. Carrol is described as 5’05”, 175 lbs., brown hair, and gray eyes.  He was wearing a gray shirt, beige pants, and glasses. 
 
Mr. Carrol has Down Syndrome and is Schizophrenic. His family is very concerned for his well-being and would appreciate any information on his whereabouts.
