Winter Storm Warning until 01:00AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 9 to 14 inches expected. Snowfall rates around 1 inch per hour are expected Tuesday into Tuesday evening. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Oneida county.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Tuesday to 1 AM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very cold to even dangerously cold wind chills are expected to begin late Tuesday night and continue through at least Thursday night.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ONEIDA
