* WHAT...Light snow will diminish this evening, then redevelop overnight. Some freezing drizzle will be possible through early evening. Additional accumulations through tonight of 1 to 3 inches expected. Some blowing and drifting snow expected. Lake effect snow showers will continue Tuesday through Thursday with additional accumulations expected. Blowing and drifting snow will be possible. Wind chills of 25 to 40 below are expected Tuesday night through Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute.
