* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as
low as 30 to 40 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
south central, southwest and west central Indiana.
* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 1 PM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...Wind chills of 20 to 40 below zero
possible at times from Tuesday night through Thursday morning.
* OTHER IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia can occur quickly if
precautions are not taken.
