Due to the extreme cold that is forecasted for this week, please take a few minutes and make sure your water service entering your residence along with the meter and plumbing within your house are kept warm enough to help prevent them from freezing, flooding your basement or leaving you without water. If need be, seal up any cracks or holes where cold air can enter, use insulation and/or heat tape around piping and your meter. It is at your expense if the meter freezes and breaks. The city has been monitoring the frost level closely, we are in good condition. Therefor, we have NOT issues a mandatory water run but you may trickle water at your own expense. Thank You.
