The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a snow emergency for tonight (1/28/19) at 10 PM. Vehicles in the downtown area will have until midnight to move to off street parking. Vehicles parked outside the downtown area will have 24 hours to move to a clean area and to allow room for the roadway to be cleaned.
