* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero likely.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Indiana, southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and southern Illinois, north of a line from Marble Hill Missouri, to Vienna Illinois to Calhoun Kentucky.

* WHEN...From midnight Tuesday night to noon CST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
