Due to extreme low temps thru Thurs @ 11a the CPD will be opening its lobby area as a warming ctr. 4 any Chelsea res 
Due to the expected extreme low temperatures that are expected until Thursday @ 11:00 am the Chelsea Police Department will be opening it's lobby and council area as a warming center. The area will be open 24 hours with no specific hours of operation for anyone who resides in Chelsea. People are cautioned about spending prolonged periods of time outside.
