URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Greenville-Spartanburg SC 1103 AM EST Tue Jan 29 2019 ...ARCTIC FRONT BRINGING SNOW THEN BITTER WIND CHILLS TO THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS... .A strong cold front is crossing the region today with moisture and associated snowfall across the mountains.
