In the event of a power outage or loss of heat, residents in the Borough can seek warmth at the Mary Jacobs Library during normal business hours, which are from 9:30 a.m. until 9 p.m M-Th, 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.
To request access to the nearest warming station outside of these hours, Rocky Hill residents need to contact the NJ State Police at 609-996-3404 and they will handle those requests.
