Vermilion River near Leonore affecting La Salle County The Flood Warning continues for The Vermilion River near Leonore, or from IL-23 near Streator downstream to confluence with the Illinois River.
* until late Saturday night.
* At 1045 AM Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.0 feet by this evening. The river will fall below flood stage Saturday evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LA SALLE, IL
