Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... Greene County in west central Ohio... Northwestern Highland County in southwestern Ohio... Southeastern Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Southwestern Madison County in central Ohio...

* At 113 PM EST, At 110 PM EST, heavy rain had ended across the area but minor flooding was still being reported. Minor flooding issues will likely persist through mid afternoon.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Cincinnati, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek, Covington, Fairborn, Mason, Xenia, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Norwood, Springboro, Fort Thomas, Newport, Washington Court House, Sharonville, Wilmington, Monroe, Blue Ash and Loveland.
