Synopsis: A 56 year old male, driving a 2016 Toyota Tundra was traveling southbound on Otay Center Dr. The driver made a left turn onto Siemper Viva Rd. and struck a 57 year old male pedestrian crossing in the cross walk. The pedestrian sustained serious head injuries. SDPD Traffic Division will be handling the investigation.
