2400 blk Lehigh St closed, sinkhole forming. Lehigh St at Rising Hill Rd and ramps to/from Pine St bridge closed. 
There is a sinkhole in the 2400 block of Lehigh St. Lehigh St at Rising Hill Rd and the ramps to and from the Pine St bridge are closed. Detour is through Haven Ridge. PenDot is responding. May be closed for several days.
