Precipitation is expected to overspread the area beginning this afternoon through tonight as a warm front lifts north through the area. Precipitation will start out as a mix before transitioning to all rain by Tuesday morning. Areas in northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania are expected to see several hours of freezing rain between the transition from snow to rain. Minor snow and ice accumulations could cause hazardous travel conditions overnight tonight into Tuesday morning.
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Lucas, Wood, Ottawa and Sandusky counties.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
