Areas Affected: De Kalb; Noble; Henry; Cass; Defiance; Berrien; Elkhart
* WHAT...A mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain expected. Total
snow accumulations of less than one inch and ice accumulations
of around one tenth of an inch expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan and
northwest Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
Precipitation may start as light snow this evening but will
transition to a mix of sleet and freezing rain before changing
to mainly rain late tonight. The hazardous conditions may
impact the Tuesday morning commute.
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads, and use caution while driving.
