The East Bay Regional Park District Police Department is attempting identify the above pictured individual related to an investigation at Martin Luther King Jr Regional Shoreline Park on 02/06/2019 at about 8:05 am.
The person is described as a Hispanic Male Adult, approximately 5’10”, medium build with short black hair, brown eyes and a goatee. At the time of this investigation, the subject was wearing a gray winter jacket, forest green sweatpants and white shoes. The subject had a tattoo in black cursive writing on his left outer wrist that begins with the letters “Ban ...” The subject drove a late model black Toyota sedan with dark tinted windowst and black/yellow dealer advisement plates.
