Precipitation continues across the area early this morning, with warm air and the transition to all rain slowly working northward. Freezing rain will continue to transition to rain through mid morning from south to north across northwest Ohio, with slippery road conditions possibly lingering for an hour or two after the transition to all rain. The highest ice accumulation totals are expected in northwest Lucas county, with an additional one quarter inch possible through mid morning. The transition from mixed precipitation to rain will occur a few hours later across northwest Pennsylvania.
* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations of one tenth to one quarter of an inch, with the highest amounts in northern Wood and western Ottawa counties.
