Water Main Repair/Outage Scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 14, Affecting Dogwood Court, Dogwood Lane and Two Sutters Mill Addresses 
The City of St. Peters Utilities Department has scheduled repairs to a leaking water main that will affect homes on:
• All of Dogwood Court
• Addresses 3-55 on Dogwood Lane, and
• 400 and 404 Sutters Mill Road

Affected homes are expected to be without water service on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, beginning at 9 a.m. to allow for repairs. Water is expected to be restored by 3:30 p.m.

The St. Peters Utilities Department does not believe a boil order will be necessary once service is restored, but affected customers may boil their water as a precautionary step if they wish. The City of St. Peters will collect a water quality sample after the repair as a precaution, and results will be available in 24 hours.
If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.
