We are currently experiencing localized flooding on area roads and highways. Placer County and Cal Trans are working to address these trouble areas. Drive with caution.
Between noon and 2pm tomorrow the rain will transition to snow. Forecasts are calling for as much as 24" of snow by Friday morning. Prepare for travel delays and possible power outages due to high winds.
