This is an emergency alert from the Marin County Sheriff’s Office. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning until 9PM tonight and is forecasting heavy rain and high winds with the potential for local urban flooding for the North Bay to continue overnight.  You are advised to take precautions to protect yourself and your property. Consider moving personal belongings to higher ground, including vehicles.  Avoid walking in flood waters as this could pose a threat of injury or death. If present, avoid down power lines.
