UPDATE #2 **** San Fernando Police Advising of Heavy Traffic at Metro Link Crossings, Avoid the Area

Currently the crossing arms are functioning at Brand Blvd and Maclay Ave allowing through traffic.

Metro Link advised that technician will arrive in approximately 30 minutes.

The gate arms at the Metro Link crossings on Brand Blvd and North Maclay Ave are currently not working. Currently there are no trains en route and Metro Link is sending a technician to repair the malfunction. As a result, there is heavy traffic in those areas so please avoid the area if possible.
Citizens are still cautioned to take all safety precautions in and around the Metro Link tracks and check in both directions before crossing.
