* WHAT...Snow, which may be heavy at times. Total snow
accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected with locally higher
amounts possible along and north of Interstate 70.
* WHERE...All of central, east central, north central and
northeast Kansas.
* WHEN...Snow develops around sunrise this morning and persists
until late this afternoon. The heaviest snow is expected
between 9 AM and 3 PM.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening
commute.
