With the forecasted snowfall for our area, the City of Mount Vernon is declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY beginning at 10PM tonight Saturday 2/16/2019 through Noon on Monday 2/18/2019. Vehicles parked on designated snow routes will be ticketed and may be impounded.
