City of Livonia Snow Emergency declared at 0930 hours. Residents have until 1530 hours on 2/18/19 to remove vehicles from roadway. 
At 0930 hours a snow emergency was issued in the City of Livonia. Residents have until 1530 hours on 2/18/19 to remove vehicles from the roadway to allow workers to clear the snow. Vehicles that are not removed by that time will be subject to citations and or being towed.
Instructions:
Snow Emergency declared at 0930 hours. Vehicles must be removed from the roadway by 1530 hours on 2/18/19.
