2019 WARRANT ROUNDUP
The official 2019 warrant roundup begins March 9 through March 16, 2019. Local law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Texas will kick off a massive effort known as a Warrant Roundup to collect debt owed on outstanding warrants. If you think you have a warrant in your name, find out for sure. Don't risk being arrested once the warrant roundup starts. The Red Oak Municipal Court is located at 101 Live Oak (across from Watkins Park) and is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Anyone who voluntarily appears to resolve their warrant(s) WILL NOT be arrested.
IF YOU PAY A WARRANT ONLINE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, WEEKENDS OR DURING A HOLIDAY, YOUR WARRANT(S) REMAINS ACTIVE AND YOU REMAIN SUBJECT TO ARREST UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS POSTED WHEN THE COURT OPENS.

The court accepts most major credit/debit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
