Arrested: McBride, Elbert 49 year old resident of Antioch, CA
Charges: Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Possession of Ammunition by Felon, Possession of Narcotics for Sales, Transportation of Narcotics for Sales, Possession of High Capacity Magazine

Narrative: On February 16, 2019 at about 10:42PM the Emeryville Police Department received a call regarding cars playing loud music in the 1000 block of 45th St. While investigating the noise complaint, officers saw a handgun in plain view in one of the associated cars. The driver was detained without incident. A search revealed narcotics and a large amount of currency. The driver, Elbert McBride, was arrested for multiple charges and booked into jail.
