Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County Another round of moderate to heavy rain is forecast to occur across northwest California this afternoon and tonight. The Flood Warning continues for The Russian River near Hopland.
* until Wednesday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 4:00 AM Tuesday, the stage was 19.1 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* FORECAST...This river is forecast to crest near 24.0 feet early Wednesday morning, then forecast to fall below flood stage of 15.0 feet Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Severe bank erosion can occur. Highway 175 near the Russian River closed due to flooding. Many secondary roads flooded in the Hopland, Ukiah and Talmage areas.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENDOCINO, CA
