The City of Novato is experiencing heavy rain and incidents of isolated flooding.
Center Rd from Plaza Linda to South Novato Blvd is closed in both directions. Surrounding areas including Lark Ct, Lauren Ave, Garden Ct & Joan Ave are experiencing flooding as well.
The area of Commercial Blvd is also experiencing flooding.
Please avoid the areas.
