Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County Mad River near Arcata affecting Humboldt County Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County Eel River Near Scotia affecting Humboldt County Light rain is expected today across Northwest California with additional accumulation around an inch possible in the mountains. Conditions will dry out significantly on Thursday and Friday which will allow rivers to recede.
