THIS IS A SPECIAL MESSAGE AND ADVISORY FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK POLICE DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
A WINTER SNOW STORM WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF MORE THAN 3 INCHES OF SNOW HAS OCCURRED TODAY (SATURDAY MARCH 2ND, 2019) .
SNOW IS AGAIN EXPECTED TO BEGIN TOMORROW EVENING, SUNDAY MARCH 3RD AND INTO MONDAY, MARCH 4TH WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS.
SADDLE BROOK RESIDENTS ARE REMINDED TO REMOVE ALL PARKED VEHICLES FROM TOWNSHIP ROADWAYS FOR SNOW PLOWING AND SALTING OF ROADS. TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE PROHIBITS THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON ROADWAYS WHEN SNOW OF 3 OR MORE INCHES HAS ACCUMULATED ON THE ROADWAY.
ANY VEHICLES PARKED ON TOWNSHIP ROADWAYS DURING THE SNOW FALL ARE SUBJECT TO AND MAY RECEIVE SUMMONSES FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. POLICE WILL BE ENFORCING AND ISSUING SUMMONSES TO VEHICLES PARKED ON TOWNSHIP ROADWAYS AS APPLICABLE
