Synopsis: A 46 year old male was riding his 2016 Lance Scooter southbound Rosecrans St in the #2 lane. A 51 year old male was driving his 2002 Ford Utility truck northbound Rosecrans. He turned into the left turn lane to go westbound on Hancock St. The truck made the left turn and broadsided the scooter. The rider of the scooter sustained a fracture to the right femur. He was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck had no injuries. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
