TODAY...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Snow. Very cold wind chills expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 5 inches expected. North winds gusting to
  around 30 mph creating blowing and drifting snow. Wind chills 
  as low as 25 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Washington, Nemaha, Marshall, Brown and Republic 
  Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today. 
  For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 AM CST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold 
  wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little 
  as 30 minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory means wintry precipitation will cause
primarily travel difficulties. Expect slick roads and potentially
hazardous driving conditions. Allow extra time to reach your
destination and exercise defensive driving.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
