* WHERE...In New Jersey, Cumberland and Atlantic counties. In Maryland, Queen Annes county. In Delaware, Kent county. * WHEN...Rain develops this afternoon and changes to snow by early evening. The snow should then mix with sleet and change to rain for a time before ending early Monday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
