Synopsis: A white male suspect came to his residence at 2400 Shamrock St. The door was boarded up so he could not enter into the house. The suspect started a fire at the door. The fire department responded and extinguished the fire. 76 year old Victor Ulm was detained and ultimately arrested for arson. San Diego Police MAST Detectives are investigating.
