West Covina Police seeking assistance with identifying found person 
DATE OF RELEASE: March 8, 2019
The West Covina Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a found person who was located in the area of 3650 East Holt Avenue in the City of West Covina. The found person is a male Asian, possibly Vietnamese. He is approximately five feet six inches tall and is 70 to 80 years of age. The found male speaks Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese but police are unable to confirm his identity or locate family members or friends. The found male told a Social Worker he came to the United States on a visa lottery with a friend. West Covina Police Department has not been able to match the unidentified found male to any reported missing person.
