River water levels 
A flood warning has been issued for the Sequatchie River. River level will rise quickly today before cresting Sunday. The usual roads will probably be underwater by tonight.TURN AROUND, DON'Y DROWN, The Tennessee River will rise by 1.5 feet by Tuesday before starting back down. At its crest should not be higher than last week. EMA will continue to monitor.
