* At 340 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to around one inch of rain has already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomington, Bedford, Spencer, Nashville, Shoals, Ellettsville, Loogootee, Oolitic, Gosport, Stinesville, Quincy, Smithville, Lake Lemon, Beanblossom, Bartlettsville, Burns City, Williams, Avoca, Monroe Reservoir and Woodville Hills.
