SNOW EMERGENCY for this evening (3/10) starting at midnight. 
The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a snow emergency for tonight at midnight. Vehicles in the downtown area will have until 2 AM to have their vehicle(s) moved to off street parking. Vehicles parked outside the downtown area have 24 hours to move to a clean area and allow room for the roadway to be cleaned.
