Please use caution as you travel.  With rain continuing and warming temperatures in our area, remember the ground is still frozen often leaving the water to run on the surface.  Sidewalks and roads can become flooded and present a risk to people, animals and vehicles. If you encounter water over the roadway, consider another route.  If it is not marked by highway signs, please report it to your local authorities.  Sand bags may available through your local Emergency Management office if you need them.  See attached press release.
