Full Notification

On 3/8/19, Morgan Hill Police received information regarding a subject that was possibly in possession of illegal weapons and impersonating a law enforcement officer. During the investigation, Officers determined the subject was staying in Morgan Hill on Fountain Oaks Dr. and on 3/12/19 attempted to make contact with him. The subject was not home at the time and the residence was secured until a search warrant was obtained by a judge. During the search of the residence, the subject arrived and was safely taken into custody by police. An undisclosed number of weapons and accessories were taken as evidence. 34-year-old Daniel Jacob Korsunsky was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on multiple felony weapons violations and one count of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
