Synopsis: A 53 year old male was traveling north along 10th Avenue, on a motorized scooter. The male made a westbound turn onto B Street and collided with a tree. The male was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. The San Diego Police Traffic Division responded to the scene and are investigating the collision.
