On Saturday, March 16th around 3:45 PM, the funeral procession for Former Congressman Ralph Hall will take place. The procession will travel from the First United Methodist Church on E. Yellow Jacket to S. Goliad and then travel north on SH205 to the Downtown Square. At the Square, the procession will turn right onto E. Rusk and travel in front of the Historic Rockwall County Courthouse and by the Hall Building at the corner of San Jacinto/E. Rusk. The procession will then turn left onto N. Fannin and continue on HWY 66 to the Rest Haven Funeral Home and Memorial Park. Traffic along the route will be shut down while the procession is under way so please plan accordingly.
The Rockwall Police Department is being assisted with traffic direction by the Citizens on Patrol, the Rockwall Fire Department, the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office, Heath Department of Public Safety, Fate Department of Public Safety and the Royse City Police Department. The Rockwall Police Department and all the agencies represented are honored to assist with the funeral procession for such a highly respected public servant.
