After a months long investigation, deputies identify & arrest the suspect in multiple indecent exposure incidents

SUMMARY:
In December 2018, deputies with the Victorville Police Department began an investigation into the report of a man who parked his vehicle next to a female sitting in her vehicle, in a parking lot, then opened his car door and began masturbating in front of the woman. He then exited his vehicle with his genitals fully exposed and continued to masturbate. Another vehicle pulled into the parking lot near them and the suspect left the location.
Over the next few months, multiple incidents with similar circumstances were reported in Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga. The victims reported the suspect as a black male, age 30-40, with a medium build. The vehicles used in each of the incidents were described as either a blue or gray Chrysler sedan or a dark gray Mazda sedan.
Through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Tyrone Carlis Reid Jr. of Victorville. An arrest warrant was issued for Reid. On March 18, 2019, deputies located Reid near Amargosa Road and Topango Lane in Victorville. He was arrested without incident and booked at High Desert Detention Center for indecent exposure.
Detectives believe there may be other victims and incidents involving this suspect, throughout the High Desert and Inland Empire.
