Synopsis: The suspect entered the 7/11 store and attempted to make a purchase. The suspect approached the counter and pulled out a black handgun from his sweatshirt pocket and pointed it at the clerk. He demanded cash from the register. He was described as a black male, 30-34 years old, with a beard and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The suspect fled the store with an undetermined amount of cash. He was seen heading in an eastbound direction. The Robbery Unit was notified and will be handling the investigation.
