Request for proposals for Mistlin Indoor Sports Facility 
The City of Ripon is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, organizations, or companies to complete improvements and lease and operate the new indoor sports facility located at the Mistlin Sports Park in Ripon, California.
The indoor sports facility (under construction and due to be completed by the end of 2019) will consist of a 27,000 square foot building with concrete flooring and restrooms. The prospective lessee should submit a detailed plan for the use of the facility, including necessary improvements, as well as a proposed term and rent structure for the facility.
