DATE & TIME OCCURRED:  3/08/19  between 1:59 AM - 2:14 AM
 
LOCATION OCCURRED:  Residence in the Princeton Oaks Development
 
 
WHO: (ARRESTED, INJURED, DRIVER, VICTIM, OTHER)
Suspect: Unknown male wearing a ski mask, sweatshirt, blue jeans and boots.

DETAILS:  Ptl. McQuade was detailed to a residential burglary where the following was determined to have occurred: A male suspect wearing a ski mask entered the house through an unlocked rear sliding door. Once inside, the suspect stole cash from a purse, cash from a drawer, an Apple iMac computer, and a Mac Book Pro laptop computer. The suspect then left through the same rear sliding door. All of the stolen items were on the first floor of the house.

DETAILS:   While investigating a residential burglary in the Princeton Oaks development, it was discovered that an attempt was made to enter a neighboring home.   A cut was then made into a screen door which led to a porch area but no entry was made into the house.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Fiore investigated a shoplifting from Ulta Beauty where the following occurred: A black male suspect entered the Ulta Beauty store with a small suitcase. He went directly to the men’s fragrance aisle where he concealed several bottles of perfume worth over $400 into the suitcase and left the store without paying.

Arrested: Johnny M. Enriquez-Vela, White male, 29 years old

DETAILS:  Patrol units responded to the intersection of New Edinburg Rd. and Lanwin Blvd. for a vehicle which struck a fire hydrant. Ptl. Fiore located the driver, Johnny Enriquez-Vela, walking up the road and away from the scene completely soaked in water. The front of the Jeep SUV he was operating was over the pipe where the hydrant had been, and water was gushing from underneath it. During the investigation, Enriquez-Vela was determined to be DWI. He was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. McQuade investigated the theft of credit cards from a purse at the Barnes and Noble bookstore where the following was reported: While the victim was seated in the Starbuck’s cafĂ© area of the store, she had her purse hanging from the back of her chair. When she returned home, she realized four of her debit cards and three of her credit cards had been taken from the purse. Two of her credit card companies informed her of fraudulent transactions at stores located in the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ.

Arrested #2: Addison S. Southwick, White male, 30 years old

OFFICER:  Ptl. P. Buchanan #5109
 
DETAILS:  Ptl. Buchanan initiated a stop on a gray Acura for failing to dim its high beams, failing to stay within its lane of travel, and speeding. During the stop, the driver, Courtney Gambrazzio was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia which consisted of a portable digital scale and marijuana grinder. A passenger in the vehicle, Addison Southwick was found in possession of hypodermic needles and various drug paraphernalia which included a glass pipe and a spoon with CDS residue. Gambrazzio and Southwick were processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending future dates at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Hojnacki was detailed to a residential burglary in the Sherbrooke Estates development. Investigation determined the following: Unknown actor(s) entered the home through an unlocked garage door and entered into the kitchen. The victim’s wallet was on the kitchen counter, and cash along with a portion of the wallet was stolen.

Suspect: Black female, mid-twenties in age, wearing a black jacket with white stripes.

DETAILS:  Ptl. LaForge investigated a shoplifting from the Five Below store where the following occurred: A black female suspect was in the store for approximately 30 minutes and filled her shopping cart and two large bags with candy. As she approached the exit to the store, she abandoned the shopping cart, and walked past all points of sale without making payment for the candy inside the two bags. The suspect was approached by store employees, but she would not stop. One of the employees was able to grab one of the bags out of the suspect’s hand but fell down in the process. Another employee grabbed the other bag from the suspect, but when he did, she bit him in the arm. The store was able to recover all the candy which was worth over $300. The suspect ran away, got into a gray Nissan Altima and left the area.

Arrested: Muthoni F. Nduthu, Black female, 45 years old
                Resident of Bristol, PA 19007

DETAILS:  Ptl. LaForge initiated a stop on a gray Toyota pick-up truck for swerving into and out of its lane of travel on several occasions and for failing to signal a lane change. During the stop, Muthoni Nduthu was determined to be DWI. When Ptl. LaForge attempted to arrest and handcuff Nduthu she resisted. The struggle resulted in both Ptl. LaForge and Nduthu falling to the ground. While Ptl. Buchanan was assisting in getting Nduthu in handcuffs, she bit him on his left hand causing injury. After being handcuffed, she continued to be uncooperative. Nduthu was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.
