The San Rafael Police Department, along with Marin County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue, and Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office helicopter “Henry-1” are actively searching for Cathleen Williams, a 77 year old, San Rafael resident who is diagnosed with dementia.
At 4:01 PM, SRPD Dispatch received a call that Williams had gone missing sometime between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, from her residence located near Marquard Avenue and West End Avenue in San Rafael.
Williams was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket with a fur collar, tan pants, and possibly has a gray knit cap. Williams also wears glasses. Williams is described as a white female, gray hair, brown eyes, 5-06, and weighing 130 pounds.
At the request of the San Rafael Police Department, The California Highway Patrol has broadcast a Silver Alert. SRPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Williams.
